De Broglie 2019: Theory of the Double Solution and Quantum Trajectories – Paris (IHP) 4 November 2019

This is a one-day workshop devoted to current investigations related to two topics that have been initiated by Louis de Broglie: pilot-wave and quantum trajectories on the one hand, the theory of the double solution on the other, the latter including this year talks on classical hydrodynamic analogs such as walking droplets.

The morning session will deal with ongoing work on double solution related ideas in quantum theory and quantum trajectories.

The afternoon session will deal with classical analogs of wave-particle duality, such as walking droplets. This session will be dedicated to the memory of Yves Couder.
