QITE theory’s group studies formal aspects of quantum physics with applications to quantum information, its foundations, quantum computing and new experimentally accessible protocols.

In this context, we collaborate with different teams in France and abroad, theoreticians and experimentalists, interested in subjects close to the ones covered by the team, ranging from THz radiation to Bose Einstein condensates and superconducting circuits.

In addition to the privileged relations and daily exchange with team members developing experiments in trapped ions and photon pair generation from a semi conductor source, we collaborate with other teams of MPQ, as DON, THEORY and QUAD, always on subjects related to entanglement and its applications and implications.
