Quantum Electric metrology

The research themes are:

Development of quantum standards for electrical units of the International System of Units (SI) from quantum Hall effect, Josephson effect (and mono-electron tunneling effect), aiming at

1) ultimate accuracy,

2 ) simplified implementation conditions and 3) the combination of these standards (possibly on a chip) to produce a universal quantum multimeter

Development of very high accuracy and very low noise instrumentation and quantum sensors (cryogenic current comparators to SQUID in particular) for the measurement / use of quantum standards and beyond
Basic tests of the high-precision quantum Hall effect (reproducibility, invariance with materials)
