The research themes of the team are:

  • Precision spectroscopic measurements on chiral molecules for the study of parity violation induced by weak nuclear force.
  • Exploration of the limits of the standard model with cold polyatomic molecules.
  • Measurement of the Bolztmann constant by laser spectroscopy
  • Development of medium-infrared spectrometers based using QCL and CO2 lasers for ultra-high resolution spectroscopy and frequency metrology.
  • Buffer-gas cooling and buffer-gas jets of polyatomic molecules.
  • Coherent manipulation of polyatomic molecules in the medium-infrared and the microwave domains.
