Defense research and innovation: launch of a new call for ASTRID projects on quantum technologies

in order to support research projects on themes of interest for the civil and defense fields, the National Research Agency (ANR) and the Defense Innovation Agency (AID) are launching a call for projects ASTRID focused on quantum technologies, operated by ANR and fully funded by AID. The deadline for submitting proposals is September 30, 2020 at 1 p.m.

L’équipe QITe du Laboratoire Matériaux et Phénomènes Quantiques en collaboration avec le Centre de Nanoscience et Nanotechnologies a démontré deux nouvelles techniques de génération et de manipulation de paires de photons intriqués en fréquence, en utilisant des puces semiconductrices (AlGaAs) miniaturisées.
